  Never have I been so thrilled with a jimmy johns! Always great service, the food is amazing and always fresh. And if it ever takes a little longer to get my order, I just use the time to smoke and it all works out.

  I just ordered a #5 sandwich for delivery. Not only did it take almost an hour to get to my house (and I live super close by), but when I opened up my sandwich to make sure everything was in there, the meat was missing. So all I had in my sandwich was lettuce tomato and cheese. Not very professional, and I'm angered at the way they made my sandwhich and how long it took to get here. Nice job, JJ.

  The manager is a liar. Rude and very unprofessional. I will not be back and trust me I will be telling everyone I know. It's a sandwich how can it get made incorrectly not once but twice. Then when I called to complain the manager said that they didn't make the sandwich incorrectly hum because I sitting here with a sandwich I didn't order. I didn't expect anything but an apology and maybe they could do a better job next time. Well there will not be a next time. I guess I am going back to subway at least I get the sandwich I order. Good luck to anyone that goes to the jimmy johns off of hwy 65 you will get whatever sandwich they make you and like it I guess!

  they wouldnt deliver to me cause i live 10 min away like is that too far for your drivers whats the limit 5 min away? complete BS wont ask for there business again im calling back to ask to speak to there manager or whoever is in charge of there crappy policys

  These guys/gals are awesome here. The sandwiches are always amazing, the customer service is better than any other place and they always always remember my Xtra Cucumbers. Will always order from this branch!!!
